Plusieurs bus sont arriv\u00e9s mais \u00e0 part quelques t\u00e9m\u00e9raires, la plupart des touristes se contentent de photos et vues lointaines, alors qu&rsquo;une petite grimpette permet d&rsquo;en voir plus et d&rsquo;appr\u00e9cier le paysage ! Couac involontaire: le sommet enneig\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Etna n&rsquo;est pas visible, une brume tenace l&rsquo;enveloppe. Un peu plus loin, le refuge Sapienza (\u00e0 1900m d&rsquo;altitude) et son t\u00e9l\u00e9si\u00e8ge sont fid\u00e8les au poste, les boutiques diverses aussi&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Il est 11h15 quand nous filons \u00e0 l&rsquo;Est vers Zafferana pour rejoindre plus loin la A18 puis la E45 vers Syracuse (112km\/1h45), o\u00f9 nous trouvons un \u00ab\u00a0parking au noir\u00a0\u00bb (7\u20ac cash pour 4h00) le long de la route du parc arch\u00e9ologique Neapolis (10\u20ac en CB accueil peu aimable). Pique-nique \u00e0 l&rsquo;ombre puis nous entrons sur le site.\n<div id=\"copy_more_clean_child\"><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;\u00e9glise San Nicolo (\u00e0 droite) est ferm\u00e9e, donc plut\u00f4t commencer au fond \u00e0 droite par le th\u00e9\u00e2tre grec (qui ferme \u00e0 16h30 car il y a des repr\u00e9sentations en soir\u00e9e, en saison), on se rend bien compte des proportions- 140m de diam\u00e8tre- m\u00eame si la vue est g\u00e2ch\u00e9e par les gradins am\u00e9nag\u00e9s et les accessoires de spectacle ! sur la hauteur, voir ces excavations o\u00f9 pourrait \u00eatre la tombe d&rsquo;Archim\u00e8de ???<\/li>\n<li>En redescendant on acc\u00e8de aux latomies (carri\u00e8res) dont la plus connue est l&rsquo;Orecchio di Dioniseo o\u00f9 des choristes opportunistes testent l&rsquo;acoustique (tr\u00e8s bien et sympa).<\/li>\n<li>\n<div id=\"copy_more_clean_child\">\u00a0En retournant vers l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, voir \u00e0 droite l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel de sacrifices du Roi Hieron, puis l&rsquo;amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre Romain (140m x 120m). Terminer par une pause boissons\/glaces pr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, \u00e0 l&rsquo;ombre ! impression mitig\u00e9e sur le peu de mise en valeur du site (fl\u00e9chage, panneaux, entretien, accueil&#8230; ce n&rsquo;est pas au Top !).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Et pourquoi pas visiter le mus\u00e9e arch\u00e9ologique pour conclure sur une bonne note ? c&rsquo;est \u00e0 700m\/10mn \u00e0 pieds en visant le Monasterio cette \u00e9norme pointe moderne. Tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant ce mus\u00e9e (ferme \u00e0 18h00- 8\u20ac en cash) avec accueil sympa et profusion de vestiges bien pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s; compter 1h30. Nous faisons l&rsquo;impasse sur les catacombes de la basilique San Giovanni toute proche.<\/li>\n<li>Nous reprenons la voiture pour 2km vers l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de Ortygie, au BandB Soffio del Libeccio (accueil sympa, r\u00e9serv\u00e9 pour 2 nuits- possibilit\u00e9 de se garer gratuitement \u00e0 proximit\u00e9). Il est 18h15. En soir\u00e9e, d\u00eener dans le centre historique \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g187891-d1894084-r490701287-La_Tavernetta_da_Piero-Syracuse_Province_of_Syracuse_Sicily.html\">Tavernetta da Piero<\/a> (excellente soupe de poissons).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u00e0 voir en sus: les catacombre de San Giovanni.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Photos<\/strong>:
