Formalit\u00e9s rapides et c&rsquo;est parti en Renault Captur DCI.90 pour les 100km vers Cefal\u00f9. Attention aux radars (70km\/h) sur le \u00ab\u00a0p\u00e9rif\u00a0\u00bb de Palerme, et petite portion \u00e0 p\u00e9age 1\u20ac juste avant d&rsquo;arriver. Centre historique*** de <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Cefal\u00f9<\/strong> <\/span>en ZTL et ruelles interdites donc on se rabat sur le parking de la gare \u00e0 5\u20ac les 24h. (pour cette journ\u00e9e: global 14500 pas, pour 9,4km pist\u00e9s par cette application smartphone).<\/li>\n<li>850m \u00e0 pieds pour atteindre l&rsquo;Agrodolce BandB pour 1 nuit. Un charmant cocon au 2\u00e8me \u00e9tage et une h\u00f4tesse accueillante. Tout \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9, photos de la place et du Duomo (gratuit mais ferm\u00e9 entre 12h00 et 14h30). Un petit creux vite combl\u00e9 au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g194726-d1493728-r489585777-Ristorante_Le_Chat_Noir-Cefalu_Province_of_Palermo_Sicily.html\">Chat Noir<\/a>, cadre soign\u00e9 et excellentes p\u00e2tes !<\/li>\n<li>Il est alors 14h30 et nous repartons sillonner la ville: le Duomo** (ext\u00e9rieur Top mais int\u00e9rieur d\u00e9pouill\u00e9), les ruelles et boutiques, le lavoir*, un rep\u00e9rage du resto pour le soir, la Porta Pescara* et sa plage et cette vue sublime vers la ville surmont\u00e9e de la Rocca&#8230; C&rsquo;est beau, propre, classe et pour les pi\u00e9tons !<\/li>\n<li>Une petite pause et nous repartons \u00e0 17h15 pour affronter les escaliers et les chemins de la Rocca*** dont voici le r\u00e9sum\u00e9: d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9 sur d&rsquo;autres CR mais il faut le redire: \u00eatre bien chauss\u00e9, casquette et eau, et les 4\u20ac\/pers. en cash.\n<div id=\"copy_more_clean_child\">Pr\u00e9pos\u00e9 tr\u00e8s sympa qui nous a \u00ab\u00a0offert\u00a0\u00bb le passage (pas pris d&rsquo;argent ni papiers, c&rsquo;est malin&#8230;). Premi\u00e8re partie jusqu&rsquo;au Tempio di Diana** assez facile avec des marches et\/ou le sentier pentu. Magnifique vue de haut sur la ville depuis la Croix. Seconde partie bien plus caillouteuse et d\u00e9licate, sans ombre jusqu&rsquo;au ch\u00e2teau, mais l\u00e0 une vue \u00e0 360\u00b0.<br \/>\nEn \u00e9tant en forme et en faisant des photos, compter 1h10 AR pour 3,5 km\/4500pas et 330m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9&#8230; Ruines int\u00e9ressantes, balade sportive mais \u00e0 faire.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>En soir\u00e9e c\u2019est face \u00e0 la mer et au soleil couch\u00e9&#8230;\u00e0 20h30..que nous d\u00eenons au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g194726-d1576200-r489606339-Kentia-Cefalu_Province_of_Palermo_Sicily.html\">Kentia<\/a> (cadre et repas tr\u00e8s bien mais service\/accueil
