{"id":218,"date":"2022-06-05T15:13:21","date_gmt":"2022-06-05T13:13:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.crespel.me\/pyrenees\/?p=218"},"modified":"2022-07-12T18:24:55","modified_gmt":"2022-07-12T16:24:55","slug":"jour-02-dimanche-05","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.crespel.me\/pyrenees\/2022\/06\/05\/jour-02-dimanche-05\/","title":{"rendered":"Jour 02 : Dimanche 05"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>J02 une remont\u00e9e vers le Nord puis Est, et Ouest vers Carcassonne\u00a0 :<\/strong> dimanche de Pentec\u00f4te 05 Juin 2022, apr\u00e8s un copieux et sympathique petit d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 La Giraudasse, cap vers le village de <strong>Termes<\/strong> et son ch\u00e2teau* \u00e0 26km\/40mn.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mais il y a l\u00e0 comme un d\u00e9faut (et pourtant j&rsquo;ai bien scrut\u00e9 Google Street View&#8230;). Il faut se garer au village, puis route interdite et fort \u00e9troite sur 400m, puis chemin empierr\u00e9 450m \u00e0 10% puis visite, et retour idem ! c&rsquo;est trop pour nous, on le verra de loin. Et l&rsquo;on suit ensuite la D212 belle et tortueuse sur 21km\/30mn qui nous emm\u00e8ne pr\u00e8s de <strong>Lagrasse***<\/strong> (<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g1150653-d17850982-r847018826-Pont_Vieux-Lagrasse_Aude_Occitanie.html\">village class\u00e9<\/a><\/span>), nous inversons donc les visites pr\u00e9vues. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s joli, m\u00e9di\u00e9val et festif apr\u00e8s une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie du dimanche (sortie de messe \u00e0 l&rsquo;Abbaye Ste Marie d&rsquo;Orbieu), mais le village est calme, peu de touristes.<\/li>\n<li>Nous retournons alors au Sud par la D23 pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g4440080-d4697623-r847015323-Chateau_de_Villerouge_Termenes-Villerouge_Termenes_Aude_Occitanie.html\"><strong>Villerouge-Termen\u00e8s***<\/strong><\/a> \u00e014km\/20mn. Pique-nique sur le parking gratuit et vers 13h15 en route vers le ch\u00e2teau \u00e0 200m, c&rsquo;est plat et en ville (entr\u00e9e 6\u20ac\/pers en CB) : parcours sc\u00e9nographique avec audios-guides, vid\u00e9os et d\u00e9pliant tr\u00e8s bien fait, compter 1h15 avec un passage dans le village pour les photos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>De l\u00e0, suivre la D613 (vers Narbonne&#8230;) nous atteignons le <strong>Domaine de la Source*<\/strong> (juste apr\u00e8s le ch\u00e2teau priv\u00e9 de St Martin de Toques, photo !) apr\u00e8s 30km\/40mn. C&rsquo;est un jardin et un magasin de min\u00e9raux de grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et tailles, certains vendus au kg&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 (4km\/6mn) nous attends le gros morceau du jour : <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">l&rsquo;<a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g187155-d246635-r847125759-Abbaye_de_Fontfroide-Narbonne_Aude_Occitanie.html\">abbaye de <\/a><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Fontfroide***<\/span> (<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">photo ci-dessus<\/span>). <\/strong>Entr\u00e9e 12,50\u20ac\/pers en CB. Ensemble magnifiquement restaur\u00e9 avec de beaux jardins. Il est alors 15h50 quand nous entamons la visite libre bien fl\u00e9ch\u00e9e et d\u00e9pliant d\u00e9taill\u00e9, compter 1h15.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Il est 18h15 (pile l&rsquo;heure convenue) lorsque nous arrivons au pied des remparts de <strong>Carcassonne<\/strong> (rue Trivalle) apr\u00e8s 58km\/50mn. Tr\u00e8s bel appartement r\u00e9nov\u00e9 avec 2 chambres pour 3 nuits. Courses \u00e0 la sup\u00e9rette \u00e0 100m ouverte jusque 20h00&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Une autre superbe et intense journ\u00e9e en vadrouille.<\/li>\n<li>Score du jour : environ 6,4km \u00e0 pieds\/10200 pas, \u00e9quivalent 12 \u00e9tages mont\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A chaque page vous aurez un avis perso sur les visites * (sympa), **(\u00e0 voir), ***(indispensable). <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><em>Ainsi que des suggestions d\u2019autres visites int\u00e9grables dans le timing.<\/em><\/span> Et pour les photos, il suffit de cliquer dessus pour les agrandir.<em><br
