{"id":161,"date":"2026-05-26T15:10:05","date_gmt":"2026-05-26T13:10:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.crespel.me\/italie2026\/?p=161"},"modified":"2026-06-30T13:54:20","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T11:54:20","slug":"jour-04-mardi-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.crespel.me\/italie2026\/2026\/05\/26\/jour-04-mardi-26\/","title":{"rendered":"Jour 04 : Mardi 26"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>J04 \u00e7a y est, pour notre premier jour de visites dans les Cinque Terre depuis La Spezia :<\/strong> mardi 26 mai 2026, il fait tr\u00e8s beau et nous activons la <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Treno Card<\/span> pour profiter du train sans restrictions pour 3 jours (41\u20ac par retrait\u00e9 + 49\u20ac pour Fabien, en p\u00e9riode Verte*).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mais d&rsquo;abord, 1) pour nous : passage au march\u00e9 couvert \u00e0 300m pour le plein de fruits et l\u00e9gumes aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;une commer\u00e7ante tr\u00e8s sympa, et autre plein de p\u00e2tisseries\/croissants excellents juste en face \u00e0 La Casina. 2) pour Fabien : footing d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement en ville et autour du port de La Spezia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Le programme du jour est d&rsquo;attraper le train direct de 10h00 qui nous emm\u00e8ne en 30mn \u00e0 <strong>Levanto<\/strong> (ville et plage au Nord du premier village), puis de reprendre un court tron\u00e7on sens retour (Sud) pour <strong>Monterosso<\/strong> (ville et plage), puis y reprendre le train traversant les 4 autres villages avant d&rsquo;arriver \u00e0 La Spezia&#8230; simple n&rsquo;est-il pas !<\/li>\n<li>Effectivement, nous sommes en hors saison, et en semaine, mais il fait trop beau et les Italiens et les touristes sont de sortie, et \u00e7a se voit en arrivant \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re gare. Mais aujourd&rsquo;hui c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s supportable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Levanto<\/strong> est une jolie ville calme avec de nombreuses rues bord\u00e9es d&rsquo;arbres, une grande plage et un centre historique au Sud (Palazzo Communale, Loggia, Tour de l&rsquo;horloge, Chiesa, ruelles typiques avec fa\u00e7ades trompe-l&rsquo;oeil en faux relief, magnifiques), et un peu escarp\u00e9e avec le Castello San Giorgio tout au bout (<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><em>non visitable<\/em><\/span> mais beau point de vue). Puis retour \u00e0 la gare \u00e0 1,5km en musardant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monterosso<\/strong> n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;\u00e0 5mn, et en sortant on voit vite que la tr\u00e8s grande plage (<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><em>photo en t\u00eate<\/em><\/span>) est un attrait pour les familles&#8230; mais il est temps de manger et la renomm\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00e9choppe \u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g187820-d3340924-r1064568982-Il_Massimo_della_Focaccia-Monterosso_al_Mare_Cinque_Terre_Italian_Riviera_Ligur.html\">Il Massimo<\/a><\/span>\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 100m nous tend les bras (Focaccia vari\u00e9es, desserts pas chers et go\u00fbteux = 15,80\u20ac pour 3). Bancs pr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de bus dominant la plage, sympa. Bon il faut visiter avec d&rsquo;abord une photo du \u00ab\u00a0g\u00e9ant\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 400m au Nord, pr\u00e8s de plages priv\u00e9es (bof), puis revenir vers la falaise dominant le port (couvent Dei Capuccini tout en haut <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><em>non visit\u00e9<\/em><\/span>, et statue de St Fran\u00e7ois d&rsquo;Assise <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><em>en travaux<\/em><\/span>&#8230;), arpenter la Via Roma tr\u00e8s fleurie (piazza Garibaldi et piazza Minzoni, Chiesa St Jean Baptiste, etc&#8230;), c&rsquo;est joli et anim\u00e9 ! Retour tranquille vers la gare \u00e0 1km environ, travers\u00e9e des villages et retour chez nous.<\/li>\n<li>Bien belle premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marche \u00e0 pied de 10,1km et 16400 pas, mont\u00e9es \u00e9quivalentes 20 \u00e9tages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>36 Photos : <\/strong>6 prises par Fabien lors du footing, 18 \u00e0 Levanto, 12 \u00e0 Monterosso.
