{"id":381,"date":"2025-06-08T18:29:50","date_gmt":"2025-06-08T16:29:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.crespel.me\/bretagne2025\/?p=381"},"modified":"2025-08-16T15:41:01","modified_gmt":"2025-08-16T13:41:01","slug":"jour-10-dimanche-08-06","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.crespel.me\/bretagne2025\/2025\/06\/08\/jour-10-dimanche-08-06\/","title":{"rendered":"Jour 10 : dimanche 08\/06"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>J10 pour une petite boucle de 45km par Ploumanac&rsquo;h et autres\u00a0: <\/strong>dimanche\u00a008 Juin 2025.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Et il fait m\u00eame beau le dimanche dans \u00ab\u00a0ce coin-ci\u00a0\u00bb de la Bretagne : Fabien en profite pour un footing matinal le long de l&rsquo;Odet vers son embouchure (de Lannion vers le Yaudet). Ensuite nous prenons la route Nord D788 vers <strong>Perros-Guirec<\/strong>* \u00e0 11km\/15mn. Arr\u00eat photo pr\u00e8s du panneau Michelin dominant la plage de Trestrignel (beau point de vue). Apr\u00e8s un passage en ville nous prenons la direction du parking (gratuit) du s\u00e9maphore \u00e0 <strong>Ploumanac&rsquo;h<\/strong> (+5km\/10mn), pratiquement plein en ce milieu de matin\u00e9e !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous entamons alors le <strong>sentier des douaniers<\/strong>*** dans le sens anti-horaire, jusqu&rsquo;au phare de Mean-Ruz, puis la plage Saint Guirec \u00e0 mar\u00e9e basse (<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">photo ci-dessus<\/span>), et enfin atteindre le parking du port, soit 3km de tr\u00e8s belle balade ! Fabien va rechercher la voiture au point de d\u00e9part (en courant !) et nous pique-niquons au port.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous allons ensuite jusqu&rsquo;au parking de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g1025637-d7040193-r1024354456-L_Ile_Renote-Tregastel_Cotes_d_Armor_Brittany.html\"><strong>l&rsquo;\u00eele Renote<\/strong><\/a>*** \u00e0 4,5km\/15mn, pas encore plein pour un dimanche. L\u00e0 aussi balade tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able pour en faire le tour en sens horaire (2,5km). Nombreux rochers photog\u00e9niques.<\/li>\n<li>Ce n&rsquo;est pas fini car <strong>l&rsquo;\u00eele Grande<\/strong>* nous attend (\u00e0 10km\/20mn), en particulier pr\u00e8s de la station LPO (Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux), nous zappons l&rsquo;expo pour une balade alentours.<\/li>\n<li>Retour direct vers notre maison de Lannion \u00e0 13km\/20mn. Une journ\u00e9e tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bilan du jour : 45km de roulage et 8km \u00e0 pied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>A voir en sus : Tr\u00e9gastel, Tr\u00e9beurden, le Rad\u00f4me \u00e0 Pleumeur-Bodou.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>30 photos :<\/strong> Lannion, le sentier des douaniers, l&rsquo;\u00eele Renote et l&rsquo;\u00eele Grande.
