{"id":154,"date":"2020-09-09T09:22:31","date_gmt":"2020-09-09T07:22:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.crespel.me\/bretagne\/?p=154"},"modified":"2020-09-20T16:52:29","modified_gmt":"2020-09-20T14:52:29","slug":"jour-04-mercredi-09-09","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.crespel.me\/bretagne\/2020\/09\/09\/jour-04-mercredi-09-09\/","title":{"rendered":"Jour 04: Mercredi 09\/09"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>J04 boucle de 100km par Saint Malo jusque la Pointe du Grouin: <\/strong>mercredi 09 Septembre 2020.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une belle journ\u00e9e s&rsquo;annonce encore, et le fils en profite pour immortaliser ce beau lever du soleil par un footing autour de la pointe de l&rsquo;isle, la plage de la Mare, le port de St Cast. Un peu plus tard nous attaquons notre seconde boucle en voiture mais dans le sens horaire le long de la c\u00f4te d&rsquo;Emeraude.<\/li>\n<li>Un premier arr\u00eat apr\u00e8s 32km\/45mn, vers 11h00 au parking de l&rsquo;Esplanade de la Bourse (3,50\u20ac, au pied des remparts Sud de la vieille ville de <strong>Saint Malo***<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Il suffit de remonter 300m \u00e0 pieds pour franchir la \u00ab\u00a0Grande Porte\u00a0\u00bb et entrer dans la ville fortifi\u00e9e. Juste \u00e0 gauche, monter l&rsquo;escalier vers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g187104-d4367552-r770994769-Les_Remparts_de_Saint_Malo-Saint_Malo_Ille_et_Vilaine_Brittany.html\">le haut des remparts<\/a>. Tr\u00e8s belle balade dans le sens horaire vers la Porte de Dinan, le Bastion de la Hollande, la porte des B\u00e8s (<em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">photo ci-dessus<\/span><\/strong><\/em>, vue vers le fort du petit B\u00e9, puis le Grand B\u00e9\/tombe de Chateaubriand, non atteignables car c&rsquo;est mar\u00e9e haute !). Suivent la tour Bidoine, le fort de la Reine, le ch\u00e2teau de la Duchesse Anne (et la vue vers le Fort National).<\/li>\n<li>Redescente apr\u00e8s 3,5km\/1h00 env. pour passer devant l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel de ville et arpenter les rues anim\u00e9es vers la Cath\u00e9drale, les diff\u00e9rentes places, les hauts \u00e9difices, et ressortir pour pique-niquer sur le parking.<\/li>\n<li>Vers 13h45 il suffit de 7km\/15mn pour atteindre le parking du restaurant des \u00ab\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g187104-d2357189-r770997204-Les_Rochers_Sculptes-Saint_Malo_Ille_et_Vilaine_Brittany.html\">Rochers sculpt\u00e9s de Rotheneuf<\/a>*<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. L&rsquo;astuce pour les atteindre est d&#8217;emprunter le chemin juste \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la plage du Val \u00e0 droite ! C&rsquo;est \u00e0 300m mais un peu sportif pour y descendre: rochers, rampe m\u00e9tallique. Voir les sculptures ne sera possible qu&rsquo;\u00e0 mar\u00e9e basse (pour nous c&rsquo;est rat\u00e9&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite suivre la tr\u00e8s jolie D201 vers la <strong>pointe du Grouin**<\/strong> \u00e0 13km\/20mn. Au passage, voir l&rsquo;\u00eele Du Guesclin** et son fort (ex demeure de L\u00e9o Ferr\u00e9), puis la pointe de la Mouli\u00e8re* (photos).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Trouver une place de parking \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g196526-d3454144-r770998814-La_Pointe_du_Grouin-Cancale_Ille_et_Vilaine_Brittany.html\">pointe du Grouin<\/a> rel\u00e8ve de l&rsquo;exploit (accompli !), tant le site est devenu un point d&rsquo;attrait&#8230; pourtant nous sommes \u00ab\u00a0hors haute saison\u00a0\u00bb et un mercredi un peu avant 15h00 ! la balade est plaisante, le site int\u00e9ressant et l&rsquo;on devine le Mont St Michel au loin.<\/li>\n<li>5km et 10mn plus loin nous nous rendons directement au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g196526-d17451312-r771000603-Port_de_le_Houle-Cancale_Ille_et_Vilaine_Brittany.html\">port de la Houle<\/a>**, en zappant le centre ville de <strong>Cancale<\/strong>. Joli endroit en cul de sac o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on domine la baie depuis le monument aux morts: le port, et les parcs \u00e0 huitres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Retour \u00e0 la case d\u00e9part \u00e0 43km\/50mn par St M\u00e9loir, l&rsquo;usine mar\u00e9motrice de la Rance, et l&rsquo;incontournable petite ville de Ploubalay*.<\/li>\n<li>Comme d&rsquo;habitude, contemplation de notre belle grande plage de St Cast depuis l&rsquo;appartement, pizzas correctes command\u00e9es \u00e0 200m \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g666785-d4817472-r770300254-La_Grande_Brasserie-Saint_Cast_le_Guildo_Cotes_d_Armor_Brittany.html\">Grande Brasserie<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, beau coucher du soleil, la routine quoi&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Bilan du jour = 9km \u00e0 pieds de balades\/visites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A chaque page vous aurez un avis perso sur les visites * (sympa), ** (\u00e0 voir), *** (indispensable). <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Ainsi que des suggestions d\u2019autres visites int\u00e9grables dans le timing<\/span>.<\/em> Et pour les photos, il suffit de cliquer dessus pour les agrandir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A voir en sus:<\/strong> Mus\u00e9es et expos intramuros, tour de 30mn en petit train, visite de la fr\u00e9gate corsaire \u00e0 St Malo, Tour Solidor et mus\u00e9e des Terre-Neuvas en ext\u00e9rieur des remparts. Les pointes et plages nich\u00e9es entre Rotheneuf et le Grouin.
