{"id":101,"date":"2020-09-08T09:21:38","date_gmt":"2020-09-08T07:21:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.crespel.me\/bretagne\/?p=101"},"modified":"2020-09-20T13:26:33","modified_gmt":"2020-09-20T11:26:33","slug":"j03-mardi-08-09","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.crespel.me\/bretagne\/2020\/09\/08\/j03-mardi-08-09\/","title":{"rendered":"Jour 03: Mardi 08\/09"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>J03 boucle de 85km par le Fort La Latte jusqu&rsquo;au Val Andr\u00e9: <\/strong>mardi 08 Septembre 2020.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une belle journ\u00e9e s&rsquo;annonce pour cette premi\u00e8re boucle en sens anti-horaire le long de la c\u00f4te d&rsquo;Emeraude.<\/li>\n<li>Un premier arr\u00eat apr\u00e8s 19km\/25mn, vers 10h45 au parking gratuit du <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g1389079-d1950199-r770704503-Fort_La_Latte-Plevenon_Cotes_d_Armor_Brittany.html\">Fort La Latte<\/a>***<\/strong> (d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien garni !), puis petite marche de 10mn pour atteindre la caisse (6,5\u20ac\/pers. en CB sans contact) et sous surveillance de la gendarmerie cause Covid). S&rsquo;en suit un parcours fl\u00e9ch\u00e9 bien diff\u00e9renti\u00e9 et ponctu\u00e9 de fioles de gel&#8230; \u00e7a se d\u00e9roule cool, dans le calme et la distanciation. Pas de guide mais le Fort se suffit \u00e0 lui m\u00eame avec une m\u00e9t\u00e9o, un environnement et un paysage d&rsquo;enfer !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Il suffit ensuite de parcourir 4km\/8mn pour a<span class=\"fullText \">rriver \u00e0 12h20 dans le parking payant (3\u20ac) du <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g1389079-d2572417-r770706370-Cap_Frehel-Plevenon_Cotes_d_Armor_Brittany.html\">Cap Fr\u00e9hel<\/a>***<\/strong>, bien rempli lui aussi mais qui se d\u00e9garnira au fur et \u00e0 mesure. 45mn de balade AR puis pique-nique sous le soleil. D\u00e9j\u00e0 visit\u00e9 il y a 25\/30 ans, la lande est tr\u00e8s jolie mais me semble bien plus d\u00e9garnie avec beaucoup de caillasse ? le gros rocher \u00ab\u00a0aux oiseaux\u00a0\u00bb accueille une plateforme d&rsquo;observation&#8230; mais plus d&rsquo;oiseaux ! Mais c&rsquo;est un endroit \u00e0 voir car le site est unique.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Encore 17km\/30mn par la D34 le long de la c\u00f4te pour atteindre le parking gratuit principal du <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g667252-d8453056-r771036099-Cap_d_Erquy-Erquy_Cotes_d_Armor_Brittany.html\">Cap d&rsquo;Erquy<\/a>*** <\/strong>photo ci-dessus<\/span> (l&rsquo;autre, mieux plac\u00e9 est \u00e0 500m mais interdit&#8230; \u00e0 qui ?).<\/li>\n<li>S&rsquo;en suit le \u00ab\u00a0gros\u00a0\u00bb morceau de la journ\u00e9e (on ne le sait pas encore !): la balade de 4,5km\/1h15 \u00e0 travers la lande\/maquis (superbe), mais qui d\u00e9bouche en bord de mer\/falaises\/rochers*** avec des mont\u00e9es et descentes dans la caillasse que Mme appr\u00e9cie peu. Mais c&rsquo;est tellement beau. Retour par les hauteurs de la plage naturiste de Lourtuais**, et les chemins faciles jusqu&rsquo;au parking. Il est presque 16h00 quand nous mettons le cap vers la Promenade de la Digue* \u00e0 <strong>Pl\u00e9neuf-Val-Andr\u00e9<\/strong> (\u00e0 14km\/20mn), petite photo souvenir. La courte balade pr\u00e8s de la pointe de Pl\u00e9neuf et l&rsquo;\u00eelot du Verdelet (depuis le petit port) \u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 zapp\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Le dernier arr\u00eat de la journ\u00e9e est pr\u00e9vu au tr\u00e8s joli <strong>petit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.fr\/ShowUserReviews-g1200945-d14189534-r771104536-Oratoire_Notre_Dame_de_La_Garde-Pleneuf_Val_Andre_Cotes_d_Armor_Brittany.html\">port du Dahou\u00ebt<\/a><\/strong> et son oratoire ND de la Garde* (\u00e0 2km\/5mn), mais&#8230; c&rsquo;est mar\u00e9e basse et une affreuse odeur pestilentielle nous cueille \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouverture des porti\u00e8res. Abominable, pas de glace en terrasse ni m\u00eame de photos, fuyons !<\/li>\n<li>Retour \u00e0 la case d\u00e9part \u00e0 29km\/35mn par D17\/D13 via Henanbihen et Matignon.<\/li>\n<li>Contemplation de notre belle grande plage de St Cast depuis l&rsquo;appartement, repas du soir, beau coucher du soleil, la routine quoi&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Bilan du jour = 12km \u00e0 pieds de balades\/visites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A chaque page vous aurez un avis perso sur les visites * (sympa), ** (\u00e0 voir), *** (indispensable). <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><em>Ainsi que des suggestions d\u2019autres visites int\u00e9grables dans le timing.<\/em> <\/span>Et pour les photos, il suffit de cliquer dessus pour les agrandir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A voir en sus:<\/strong> la brasserie artisanale \u00e0 Fr\u00e9hel, Erquy ville et sa plage, le ch\u00e2teau de Bienassis (entre Erquy et Pl\u00e9neuf, v\u00e9rifier horaires), et la pointe de Pl\u00e9neuf, la ville
