Aux aurores pour nous, le samedi 05 Mai pour le cross, et le dimanche 06 Mai pour la finale du CSO et son c\u00e9r\u00e9monial unique (le d\u00e9fil\u00e9 des cavaliers, la fanfare, la meute du \u00ab\u00a0nouveau et 12\u00e8me\u00a0\u00bb Duc de Beaufort, le shopping avec les filles et la gastronomie Anglo-saxonne \u00e0 travers les 500 boutiques du \u00ab\u00a0village\u00a0\u00bb et cette ambiance ind\u00e9finissable !).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour m\u00e9moire, comme depuis 2006, la partie Cross Test ne comporte plus les phases des 2 routiers et du steeplechase, mais uniquement le format des 32 obstacles de cross (49 sauts) sur 6740m en 11 minutes 50 environ, dans le sens anti-horaire.<\/li>\n<li>En pr\u00e9paration (ou en recherche de qualification&#8230;) des 8\u00e8me Jeux mondiaux de Tryon\/USA North Carolina, du 11 au 23\/09, il devrait y avoir du beau monde et s\u00fbrement l&rsquo;obstin\u00e9 <strong>Andrew Nicholson\u00a0<\/strong> (NZL: avec son record de 37 parcours termin\u00e9s ici, et enfin une premi\u00e8re place en 2017).<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Nous esp\u00e9rions de beaux classements pour nos 3 Fran\u00e7ais qui ont de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience: C\u00e9dric Liard , R\u00e9gis et Denis, les 2 premiers ont boucl\u00e9 le tout ce qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 m\u00e9ritoire. L&rsquo;exceptionnel couple <strong>Michael Jung\/Sam<\/strong> termine 10\u00e8me \u00e0 peu de distance (ce dernier, 18 ans, et \u00e0 l&rsquo;aube de sa derni\u00e8re saison, totalise 24 victoires Internationales). Et dire qu&rsquo;en 2007\/08\/09 je les ai vu au CCI** de Compi\u00e8gne terminer 5\/2\/1er&#8230; un tr\u00e8s bon d\u00e9but !<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oliver Townend<\/strong> qui a le vent en poupe depuis Burghley 2017 et Lexington ce dernier WE, se place en 2 et 5 mais c&rsquo;est <strong>Jonelle Price\/Classic Moet\/NZL<\/strong> qui gagne par 2 superbes sans faute sur le cross et au CSO .<\/li>\n<li>Bien s\u00fbr nous y \u00e9tions aussi pour applaudir tous les autres couples qui nous font tant vibrer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Nouveau Chef de Piste depuis 2017 <strong>Eric Winter\/GB<\/strong>, a d\u00e9fini un gros parcours de cross assez technique,\u00a0 mais qui, avec des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9o favorables, nous a offert un beau spectacle. Le CSO ne fut pas en reste avec de nombreuses fautes r\u00e9parties tout au long.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Le c\u00f4t\u00e9 coulisses:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour cette \u00ab\u00a0suppos\u00e9e derni\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb c&rsquo;est encore notre groupe de fid\u00e8les (5 personnes-1 voiture) qui s&rsquo;est d\u00e9plac\u00e9, via le shuttle d\u2019Euro-tunnel. Logement au Days Inn sur la M5 proche.<\/li>\n<li><strong>12 ann\u00e9es (presque) cons\u00e9cutives <\/strong>pour Delphine (ma fille) et moi-m\u00eame (2004 \u00e0 2011+ 2014 \u00e0 2016 + 2018), suivis de pr\u00e8s par Karine 9, et 6 pour Elisabeth et Louise. Mais, 4 mois plus tard, le Land Rover Burghley**** nous attend les 01\/02 Septembre 2018.<\/li>\n<li>Voir l\u2019itin\u00e9raire depuis Folkestone sur la page de 2005.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Les
